("NGE", "we", "us"), a game studio registered in Singapore and the creator of Synchro Horizon and MUGEN. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

• The signup form you used and the time of signup

Information collected automatically:

We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal details you do not actively provide.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses browser localStorage (a cookie-like technology) to store a randomly generated visitor ID and session ID, created by us and shared with no one. These let us recognize a returning visitor and measure time spent on the Site. You can clear them at any time through your browser's site-data settings; the Site will continue to work normally.

5. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the Site and stores collected data as our infrastructure provider.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook) Pixel — we may use this in the future to measure advertising performance. If active, it receives standard browsing signals governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• External links on the Site (such as Tabletopia, Gamefound, and Facebook) lead to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain signup and usage data through the MUGEN crowdfunding campaign and launch period. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the NGE team. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure provider may store and process data on servers located outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
